Weddings from $6,500
- Peak-season Saturdays are a full 12-hour buyout at $10,000.
- Wedding venue hire is booked as a 12-hour block on Saturdays (all seasons).
- Penthouse suite add-on from $1,000.
- Ceremony and reception under one roof — full packages and inclusions in the pamphlet.

Hourly buyouts for every other event
- Full building from $1,000/hour, four-hour minimum.
- Single room from $500/hour, three-hour minimum.
- Peak December Saturdays require a six-hour minimum for full building hire.
- Ideal for offsites, client dinners, holiday parties, and anniversaries for roughly 30–300 guests.
